I am fascinated by people and their life and career narratives. I see a person's career as a reflection of their essence. I believe that through education and work, individuals not only shape and transform their own lives but also the world around them. My goal is to help people understand that "work" creates numerous ways of living, offering the opportunity to choose their own path.
Sociology has been my passion since my first year of study. Right after graduation, I entered the field of corporate research, and many years of experience in HR and recruitment helped me recognize the value of making the right career choices. I continued to develop my interests towards personal career strategies, and in 2016, I fully transitioned into career counseling and teaching. Adult clients began bringing their teenagers to me, which expanded my professional interests. This coincided with my own children growing up—they are my most rigorous testing team!
Continuous self-education and work in the field of education have shaped my research interests. Today, I am studying at the Institute of Education, conducting research in the area of careers, and creating educational products grounded in evidence-based approaches.
I am eager to join projects and teams that align with my values and interests. Let’s connect!
